Q: I DON’T HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE WITH STRENGTH TRAINING OR BARBELL LIFTS, IS THIS PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR ME?
The Big 3 Strength system is suitable for anyone with a desire to be strong. We have a technique first approach to training so if you are unfamiliar with the BIG 3 exercises we make sure you have a strong foundation before allowing too much weight to be loaded on the bar. We pride ourselves on delivering a program that can be scaled to all fitness levels so we can welcome all training experiences into our community.
Q: WHERE ARE THE SESSIONS LOCATED?
The sessions are located in Brisbane’s Most Complete Health Club, Function Well. 76 Commercial Rd, Teneriffe QLD 4005
Q: DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF FUNCTION WELL TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?
A Function Well gym membership is required in order to access the facilities and participate in the BIG 3 Program. Function Well offers a range of membership options starting from just 25 per week. For more information about the facility and its offering you can visit www.functionwell.com.au
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANT ATTEND MY SCHEDULED SESSIONS?
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance of the allocated session time. We understand that sometimes life happens so we offer a variety of different time slots to be flexible when needed.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK IN FOR SMALL GROUP SESSIONS?
Our small group sessions are made available through an online booking system which is easy to navigate, and your details can be saved in an account for quick and easy access.
Q: IS THERE A MINIMUM TERM TO COMMIT TO THE PROGRAM?
At the Big 3 Strength System we acknowledge that strength takes time and want you to experience great results when participating in our program. We don’t have a minimum commitment however there is a 4 week cancellation policy if you wish to stop your membership.
Q: Can I join Big 3 Strength System any time?
You can join the Big 3 strength system at any time during the current training program. We have an induction process where each member completes a foundation session before joining the regular training days. In this session we assess your ability on the BIG 3 lifts and determine whether you can join in on the current block or complete a bridging program until the start of the next phase.
